Manufacturing automotive bearing cages optimized for EVs

As vehicle electrification accelerates, so are the requirements for automotive bearings and bearing cages used. Since electric motors operate at higher speeds, higher torque and elevated temperatures, materials such as PA66 may not meet the requirements of bearing cage components used. At the same time, metal or PEEK solutions could add significant costs.
