  • Akulon® encompasses a wide variety of polyamide 6 & 66 resins, providing an optimal balance of easy design and processing with exceptional mechanical properties across a broad temperature range. With their excellent impact strength, high heat resistance, and exceptional flame retardancy, Akulon® grades cater to a multitude of applications ranging from automotive to consumer goods.
  • Arnite® is a portfolio of polyester (PET and PBT) materials that deliver excellent electrical insulation properties along with superior dimensional stability, and heat and chemical resistance. With grades suitable for various processing techniques, Arnite® is widely used in applications that require strength, rigidity, and dimensional stability such as automotive, electrical and electronic components.
  • Arnitel® is a high-performance thermoplastic copolyester (TPC) that offers a unique balance between flexibility and strength, making it ideal for applications requiring elasticity and chemical resistance. Arnitel® is also highly regarded for its ability to deliver performance in high-temperature environments.
  • Durethan® A and B: Based on polyamide 6 and 6.6, these materials offer high stiffness and outstanding strength, despite very low weight. They also offer good electrical insulation and resistance to heat, chemicals, and abrasion. Glass-fiber-reinforced and mineral-reinforced grades are available, alongside flame-retardant, extra-tough, and easy-flow polyamides.
  • EcoPaxx® is a bio-based, high-performance polyamide that aligns exceptional performance with environmental responsibility. With excellent chemical resistance, high mechanical strength, and low moisture absorption, EcoPaxx® provides an ideal solution for sustainable product development.
  • ForTii®: A high-performance semi-aromatic polyamide (PPA), ForTii is constructed on novel ‘C4’ diamine technology that gives it industry-leading mechanical properties due to its optimized crystallization morphology. ForTii exhibits superior stiffness and mechanical strength at extreme temperatures, as well as good chemical resistance, making it an ideal choice for electronics, automotive electrical components, and structural automotive parts.
  • ForTii® Ace: This variant of ForTii is a premium high-melting PPA, known for its remarkable mechanical strength and stiffness properties up to 160°C and high chemical resistance. Durable and versatile, it is often used in electronics, electrical automotive parts, and structural automotive components, as well as in food and drinking water contact applications.
  • Novamid® is a versatile family of polyamide 6 and 66 compounds, designed for both highly demanding automotive applications and sophisticated packaging solutions. Combining high mechanical strength and toughness with excellent thermal properties, Novamid® can withstand severe processing conditions, making it a preferred choice for film, fiber, and engineering applications.
  • Pocan®: Engineering plastics based on polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) featuring outstanding heat resistance, excellent slip properties and good chemical resistance and resistance to stress cracking. The range also includes various reinforced types as well as ASA and PC blends plus elastomer-modified specialty grades and grades approved for food contact applications. In addition to injection molding grades, there are also grades for the production of semi-finished goods, film and cable sheathing.
  • Stanyl®: a high-performance polyamide 46 recognized for its ability to maintain high stiffness, strength, and wear and friction resistance, even at elevated temperatures. In addition, it offers good electrical insulation, making it ideal for a wide range of applications such as automotive and electronics. Its excellent wear and friction characteristics also make it a preferred choice for applications with moving parts.
  • Tepex®: Composite sheets reinforced with continuous fibers based on thermoplastics. This family of materials is already used to successful effect in automotive engineering, consumer electronics and sports applications. The strengths of Tepex are its high stiffness and outstanding strength despite very low weight. It is far stronger than steel, aluminum and magnesium, for example.
  • UDeaEcoPaXX® blends resilience and sustainability, with 60% continuous glass fiber reinforcement enhancing its mechanical and thermal properties. UDea™ EcoPaXX® is a uni-directional, heat-stabilized tape that offers superior structural integrity. It stands out in mechanical durability, ensuring long-lasting performance, and can withstand high temperatures with a melting point of 248°C and a glass transition temperature of 70°C.
