Caroline Mitterlehner

EVP SPECIALTY MATERIALS

Caroline Mitterlehner became Vice President Specialties at DSM Engineering Materials in January 2021. In her role, Caroline was responsible for all specialty product lines (Stanyl®, Arnitel®, ForTii®, EcoPaXX®, Xytron™, Advandced Thermoplastic Composites).

Caroline Mitterlehner joined DSM in 2006, and has since held various management positions in marketing, sales, innovation and business line leadership in DSM and DSM Engineering Materials.

Before stepping into her current role, Caroline was the Director of DSM’s Innovation Program Office, working on the development and execution of DSM’s innovation strategy. Caroline has extensive experience working in the engineering materials market as well as internationally.
